Natural Enemy
Natural Enemy - Countries can propose one neighboring country as a natural enemy. This will allow them to attack that country for free and deal an additional 10% damage to it. Each country can only declare one other as a natural enemy however they can be declared a natural enemy by multiple other countries.
How to declare another country as natural enemy?
Both congress members and the president can propose a natural enemy law proposal. If the law passes, the president will have the option to start the war in a bordering region. In order to pass congress, the natural enemy proposal must have at least 66% approval rate.
- The 10% bonus only affects damage done by weapons and it does not affect rank points.
- The bonus is received only by the declaring country.
- In case there is a law proposed for peace and a law proposed for natural enemy at the same time, the one that passes first will come into effect.
- If the countries lose their common border during the war, the natural enemy will be automatically cancelled.
- A natural enemy declaration cannot be cancelled in the first 7 days.
