Management of Employees
Citizens may hire employees and assign them to work in their companies. Managing employees can be done through the companies page, by clicking on the 'manage employees' button. The 1st step is to set a job offer(s). The job offer is being published in the citizen's citizenship country's job market.
When citizens apply for a job, the employer gets an alert informing him about the employees. After hiring employees you may see their individual presence and salary, you may also fire them or modify their salary. Note that you cannot change an employee's salary in the first 3 days. You can also find general details about your employees total presence, the daily cost of salaries, the amount of employees you have hired and the maximum amount of employees you may hire. Once an employee has worked, the salary is automatically being transferred to his account. If the employer has no enough money, employees won't be able to work.
As employees can work overtime, the employer may limit the maximum daily payment per employee, which means that employees can work overtime as long as they haven't reached the maximum payment they may get in one day by working. Setting it to 0 means no limit at all.
Each work of an employee rewards the employer with one work ticket. Work ticket means the ability to assign an employee in a free job slot. Employers may hire employees without assigning them to a job in order to gain work tickets for the future. There is no limit on the amount of work tickets citizens may gather.
